How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is next business day, free on orders over QAR 300. Same-day delivery in Doha is available for QAR 25, ordered before 12pm. Personalised items require 48 hours lead time.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes. We deliver directly to maternity wards at Sidra Medical & Research Center, Women's Wellness & Research Centre (WWRC), and Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC). Select ‘Hospital Delivery’ at checkout and enter the ward details.

How does personalisation work?

At checkout, enter your baby's name in English, Arabic, or both. We engrave the name onto a solid maple wood plaque. All Arabic text is reviewed by a native Arabic speaker before engraving begins. Allow 48 hours for personalised items.

Are products halal-certified?

Yes. Every skincare and baby care product in our boxes is halal-certified. We never include alcohol, pork-derived ingredients, or any non-halal items. Our organic fabrics are GOTS-certified.

What is your returns policy?

Personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing error or damage. Non-personalised items may be returned within 7 days in original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange a return.

Do you cover all of Qatar?

Yes — we deliver to all areas of Qatar including Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Al Rayyan, Lusail, The Pearl, and beyond. For remote areas, please allow an extra business day.
